Q: Why don't you offer in-home virus/malware removals?
A: The short answer is because of cost. Instead of charging you for the entire time I am at your home I can charge you a lower rate by having your computer at my location. In addition some malware/viruses are hard to remove and charging an hourly rate is not fair to you the customer.

Q: Why do you offer a free diagnosis?
A: I offer a free diagnosis so that you can have a accurate quote of what the work will cost up front. Also, it helps you to descide if the work is even really worth being done.
