I provide the following residential services. All prices quoted below with the exception of Home Wireless networking are for drop-off at my location. In-home services are available, and prices vary please call for details. Also, in-home services are only available within a 15 mile radius of my location. Don't see your specific item listed? Virus/Malware Removal
Does your computer have an annoying pop-up saying your computer is infected and never seems to go away? Your computer might be infected. Bring your computer to me so I can remove the virus/malware infection. Please note that I do not offer in-home Virus/Malware removals you will need to bring your computer to my location for this service. Also, certain viruses and malware cannot be easily removed so it is also helpful to bring along your computers restoration disks and any additional software installation disks that you installed after you purchased the computer.

Is your computer running very slowly? Are you running out of hard drive space to store pictures and videos? Upgrade your current computer instead of buying a new one. Is your computer dusty and dirty? Dust and dirt can build up on internal computer components causing your computer to keep in additional heat. Let me clean the internal components of your PC and get rid of excess dust and dirt.

When calling it is helpful to have the following information available:

• Make, model and manufacturer of your computer.
• If your computer is currently in-warranty.
• A description of the issue and when it started.
• If you have installed any new hardware or software before the issue started.
• What operating system you are currently running i.e. Windows 7, Mac OS X.
• If you have your computer's restoration discs or restore partition available.
